Meet Chris - a.k.a "Boof"
Chris began his career as a chef at John Martins & The Adelaide Town Hall.
In 2011, Chris took on the role of Facilities Manager for Transfield Services/Broadspectrum, operating for the South Australian Government.
He managed the facilities for the Adelaide O-Bahn System, including fleet cleaning and building services. As always, Chris gave 110% and expanded the role to include two major bus depots and two satellite depots.
In 2018, Chris started detailing cars for friends, mostly on afternoons & weekends. This soon grew into something much bigger. By late 2019, Chris began working as a sole trader, doing occasional details here and there. This marked the beginning of the business's growth to what it is today.
In 2021, the business became a company. Chris continued working in public transport until February 2024, when the business had grown too large to remain a part-time venture. Chris took the plunge and became the Company Director of HanPay Pty Ltd, trading as Boofs Detailing & Cleaning. Chris's partner, Shaun, became the Business and Accounts Manager to assist with the ongoing growth of the business.
Chris is customer service focused and his passion to return the clients vehicles looking & smelling like new is a credit to him.
